The Effect of Interactive Learning Media Based on The Canva Application on Cognitive Learning Outcomes in Earth and Solar System Material

This study was conducted due to the low cognitive learning outcomes of students in science learning, especially on the Earth and Solar System material, caused by the limited use of interactive learning media in the classroom. This research used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method employing a *One Group Pretest-Posttest Design* involving 38 seventh-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that the average student score increased from 51.08 in the pretest to 90.84 in the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.79 categorized as high. In addition, the *paired sample t-test* analysis obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Canva-based interactive learning media had a significant effect on students’ cognitive learning outcomes. Therefore, Canva-based interactive learning media can be used as an innovative and effective learning alternative to improve the quality of science learning and students’ cognitive achievement.
