This study was motivated by issues regarding the effectiveness of the SIKS-NG program in poverty alleviation in Desa Sumorame, particularly related to human resource readiness, data management, and the accuracy of social assistance services. The study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the SIKS-NG program using the information system effectiveness theory proposed by Richardus Eko Indrajit (2006). This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings showed that human resources and technological infrastructure were adequate, but obstacles remained in data verification, coordination, and the lengthy validation process. In addition, the system’s impact had not been fully optimal due to dependence on old databases and limited social assistance quotas. This study contributes to improving digital public service policies and optimizing social welfare data management in rural areas.
