The transportation sector is one of the major contributors to exhaust emissions that impact public health and the environment therefore, efforts to improve combustion quality are necessary. This study aims to analyze the effect of spark plug types and fuel variations on the exhaust emissions of a 150 cc four-stroke motorcycle. The method used was a quantitative experimental approach with variations of standard, silver, and iridium spark plugs, as well as PG RON 95 and PT RON 98 fuels at engine speeds of 1500, 3000, and 5500 rpm. The measured parameters included HC, CO, CO₂, and O₂ levels. The results showed that the lowest HC and CO levels were 64.33 ppm and 0.09% using an iridium spark plug with PG RON 95 at 1500 rpm, while the highest values were 351.33 ppm and 0.54% using a standard spark plug with PT RON 98 bo at 5500 rpm
