The development of financial technology (fintech) has increased the use of digital wallet applications in Indonesia, one of which is the Dana application. The high level of competition among e-wallet applications makes user experience and usability important factors in improving user satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the usability level of the Dana application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method and provide recommendations for application improvement. This research used a quantitative approach by collecting data through SUS questionnaires distributed to 153 active users of the Dana application. The data were analyzed using the Python programming language to conduct validity testing, reliability testing, and SUS score calculations. The results showed that the Dana application obtained an average SUS score of 65, which falls into the “Fair” category with an adjective rating of “OK,” grade scale C, and an acceptable range categorized as “Marginally Acceptable.” The learnability aspect obtained a score of 67.48, while the usability aspect scored 64.56, indicating that the application is fairly easy to learn and use, although several improvements are still needed in terms of interface consistency, navigation, and usage efficiency. Therefore, the SUS method is able to provide an overview of the usability level of the Dana application and serve as a basis for developing recommendations to improve the quality of user experience
