Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of managerial competence and work motivation on employee productivity with training experience as a mediating variable at PT Ray Chain Shoes Indonesia. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method on 60 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that managerial competence and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity and training experience. Training experience also had a positive and significant effect on productivity while mediating the influence of managerial competence and work motivation on employee productivity. The R-Square value indicates that the research model has a strong ability to explain the dependent variable. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening managerial competence, increasing work motivation, and effective training to improve employee productivity sustainably.
