This study aims to design and implement an Arduino-based alginate mixer control system using a Nextion Display as the user interface. The system improves mixing time accuracy and ensures consistent results in the production process. An experimental approach was applied by testing various stirring time settings and comparing them with a conventional manual timer system. Observed parameters include time error and viscosity of the mixture. Results indicate that the Arduino-based system provides higher accuracy with smaller and more stable time errors. This leads to more consistent viscosity values, ranging from 100–110 dPa·s, in line with process standards. Additionally, the system offers easier operation and real-time monitoring through the Nextion Display. Therefore, it serves as a more efficient and reliable alternative to conventional alginate mixing systems.
