CV Pesona Wijaya Seal is a manufacturing company producing industrial machine spare parts using a make-to-order production system, which faces challenges in optimizing the use of production resources. This study aims to measure the efficiency level of the production process using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with the CCR model and an input-oriented approach. CCR stands for Charnes, Cooper, and Rhodes, who first developed the Data Envelopment Analysis method in 1978. The CCR model assumes Constant Return to Scale, meaning that changes in input will result in proportional changes in output. The input variables used in this study consist of raw materials, labor, and processing time, while the output variable is the number of products produced. Each monthly production period is defined as a Decision Making Unit (DMU) and analyzed using LINGO software. The results show that only August achieved full efficiency and became the benchmark for other periods.
