Implementasi 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat dalam Mewujudkan Pembelajaran yang Berkarakter

This study describes the implementation of healthy lifestyle habituation and character development for fourth-grade students at SDN Sawotratap 2 through structured, continuous activities. It focuses on social habits and healthy practices via group work, school rule compliance, and early sleeping habits, monitored by daily journals with parental involvement. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, subjects included the teacher, students, and parents. Data from observation, interviews, and documentation were validated via source and technique triangulation. Findings show systematic implementation at school and home, fostering tolerance, cooperation, responsibility, and social awareness. Parental-supported early sleeping enhanced physical/mental readiness, concentration, emotional stability, and time discipline. Continuous habituation internalized positive values as daily lifestyles, boosting discipline, responsibility, social care, and learning readiness in character education.
