Abstract

Teachers’ digital literacy is essential in Indonesian language instruction as it enables the use of diverse digital media to enrich learning. It involves not only technical skills but also critical thinking, collaboration, interaction, and safe innovation in digital environments. This study uses a qualitative case study design to examine digital literacy practices at SDN Trompoasri 2. The subjects are two Indonesian language teachers from grades 4 and 5, focusing on their ability to use, understand, and create digital content. Findings show both teachers use tools like PowerPoint, Canva, YouTube, and digital quizzes. The grade 4 teacher applies more varied and interactive methods, while the grade 5 teacher uses simpler but relevant approaches. Key challenges include limited internet access and facilities. Overall, teachers’ digital literacy is good but needs improvement in critically evaluating information.
