This study aims to analyze the influence of toxic leadership and job insecurity on employee turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. XYZ in Sidoarjo. High turnover indicates issues in human resource management, where low job satisfaction and intention to leave may arise from poor leadership and job uncertainty. This research used a causal and quantitative approach with 99 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that toxic leadership significantly increases turnover intention, while job insecurity has no direct effect. However, both negatively affect job satisfaction, which reduces turnover intention and mediates the relationship between variables. These findings highlight the importance of improving leadership and job security.
