This Study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, democratic leadership style and work environment on employee performance at CV Teguh Karya Mandiri. This Study is motivated by fluctuations in employee productivity and managerial challenges in maintaining motivation, communication effectiveness, and a comfortable work environment. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis techniques through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis was carried out to test the relationship between variables both partially and simultaneously, with employee performance measured through indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, and work effectiveness. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in strengthening human resource management. In addition, this study supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 8 through efforts to achieve decent work, a safe work environment, and increased productivity and sustainable economic growth.
