Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of administrative services as an effort to accelerate village administrative services. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, as well as data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that in terms of achieving objectives, the application was able to accelerate and simplify services and was planned through a trial phase. However, not all services have been accommodated and regulations have not yet been ratified. In terms of integration, public understanding of the application's use is uneven due to limited participation in socialization. In terms of adaptation, village officials were able to operate and adjust the application, although technical obstacles such as system errors and network disruptions remain. Thus, the effectiveness of administrative services can be categorized as effective in supporting the acceleration of village administrative services, but not fully optimal.
