Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of work-life balance, organizational support, and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT Quanta Sinergi Indonesia. This research employs an explanatory quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT Quanta Sinergi Indonesia, totaling 56 respondents, using a total sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.0. The data analysis techniques included outer model testing (validity and reliability), inner model testing (R-square, F-square, and path coefficient), as well as hypothesis testing using the bootstrapping procedure. The results indicate that work-life balance, organizational support, and self-efficacy partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, these three variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Quanta Sinergi Indonesia.
