This study examines the implementation of the Santri Holiday program in the learning of maharah kalam at Muhammadiyah 4 Porong Junior High School. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques, as well as data analysis by the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the Santri Holiday program effectively improved Arabic speaking skills through structured stages, a flexible and enjoyable bi'ah lughawiyah environment, and strengthening communicative practices. This program also contributed to the formation of the students' character, such as morals, leadership, cooperation, and responsibility. The success of the program was supported by the students' motivation, the role of the facilitator, and the language environment, but still faced obstacles such as variations in methods, differences in abilities, time constraints, and a lack of consistent practice outside the program.
