PT XYZ is a seaifood processing company whose production activities are predominantly manuail, such as packaging and material handling. These activities require workers to maintain non-ergonomic working postures, which may lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study aims to analyze the working postures of production workers and to identify the level of ergonomic risk experienced during work activities. The Nordic Body Map (NBM) method was used to identify workers’ subjective complaints, while the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method was applied to assess ergonomic risk levels based on posture and task observations
