This study analyzed the quality of 25 grade IX science summative test items using the Rasch Model with Ministep software. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach and examined item validity, reliability, and difficulty levels. Results showed that 20 items fit the Rasch Model, while five items were misfit and need revision. The instrument demonstrated high reliability with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.89. The difficulty level consisted of very difficult, difficult, easy, and very easy items. Overall, the test instrument has good quality, but improvements are needed for misfit items to increase measurement accuracy and effectiveness.
