This study aims to develop a non-digital visual learning medium in the form of a water cycle diorama and examine its feasibility and effectiveness in teaching Natural Sciences (IPA) to fifth-grade elementary students. The research was motivated by students’ low understanding of the abstract concept of the water cycle due to dominant conventional teaching methods and limited concrete media. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The subjects were fifth-grade students and teachers of SDS Muhammadiyah Ngoro. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, including expert validation and user responses. The results showed 100% validity from media and material experts, 99% effectiveness from students, and 100% positive responses from teachers. The diorama effectively enhanced students’ engagement, motivation, and conceptual understanding, making it a feasible and effective alternative learning medium.
