PT. TUS, a company producing floor cleaner, experienced a significant decrease in production output by 38.9% during the period of January to October 2025. This study aims to analyze the company’s efficiency level and productivity development. The methods applied in this research are Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure efficiency and Total Factor Productivity (TFP) to evaluate productivity changes across periods. The DEA results show that efficient DMUs occurred in February, March, April, May, and August, with an efficiency score of 1, while the other periods were inefficient with efficiency scores of < 1. Furthermore, the TFP analysis indicates that productivity fluctuated, with productivity increases in January–February (12,165%), May–June (37,176%), and July–August (16,744%), while productivity decreases occurred in February–March (-1,598%), March–April (-18,407%), April–May (-25,268%), June–July (-19,233%), August–September (-7,298%), and September–October (-8,502%).
