This study analyzes the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) implementation on Project Performance in the UIN Salatiga multistory building project. Using a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 31 project personnel. Validity (Pearson) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.90) tests confirmed the instruments were reliable. Data were analyzed using Simple Linear Regression, with Natural Log and Square Root transformations to meet the normality assumption (K-S Sig. 0.200). Results show that K3 implementation has a positive and significant effect on Project Performance (Sig. < 0.001), with a very strong correlation (R = 0.922). The coefficient of determination indicates that K3 contributes 85.0% to performance variation. Thus, K3 is a key factor in improving project performance.
