Abstract

Construction projects are complex in terms of physical execution and budget planning, requiring effective time and cost management. The Earned Value Method (EVM) is used to evaluate schedule and cost performance in the Renovation Project of the Laboratory Building at Campus UIN Salatiga. Performance is measured using SV, CV, SPI, CPI, and estimates such as EAC and EAS based on BCWS, ACWP, and BCWP reports. Analysis from week 1 to week 17 shows the project target is 196 days with a total cost of Rp. 38,212,127,027.03. In week 17, SV = –Rp. 1,888,746,622.17 indicates a delay, while CV = Rp. 237,782,602.85 shows cost efficiency. SPI = 0.92 and CPI = 1.01 confirm the project is behind schedule but under budget. The estimated completion time is 203 days, meaning a 7-day delay.
