Boarding house management is not only related to the provision of residential facilities, but also includes administrative and security aspects. Problems that often occur are late payment of bills and misuse of conventional keys. This study aims to design and implement a smart doorlock system for boarding houses based on ESP32 integrated with RFID, Firebase, and mobile applications, equipped with bill status detection using the Logistic Regression algorithm which is used to predict payment status based on payment history data. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The results of this study are expected to be able to improve the security of boarding house door access, make it easier to monitor payment status in real-time through mobile applications, create a more efficient, practical, and integrated boarding house management system with Internet of Things technology.
