This study aims to analyze the manufacturing process of the ARSHAKA V.I Energy Efficient Car fueled by ethanol in the prototype category, including production planning, calculation of manufacturing time and costs, and vehicle performance testing. The research method was carried out systematically through literature studies, detailed drawing design, Bill of Material (BoM) preparation.The results of the study show that the total manufacturing process time of the ARSHAKA V.I Energy Efficient Car is 1553.7 hours, with a total production cost of Rp33,596,033. After adding Machine rental costs and a profit of 20%, the selling price of the vehicle is set at Rp41,884,839. The results of the performance test indicate that the braking system and frame strength are within safe limits and are suitable for use in the KMHE competition. Thus, the ARSHAKA V.I Energy-Efficient Car is deemed to meet the energy efficiency, safety, and manufacturing feasibility requirements for a prototype vehicle.
