The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Self-Efficacy on the Performance of Employees at the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and self-efficacy on employee peformance at a local government agency. The study uses a quantitativ method with an associative approach. The population consisted of all Civil Servants working at the institution, totaling 84 employees, and the sampling technique used was total sampling, in which all members of the population were included as respondents. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed online and analyzed using (SPSS)  with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work motivation, work discipline, and self efficacy have a positif and significant on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Self- efficacy is the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance. This finding implies that improving employee performance can be achieved through strengthening work motivation, consistent application of work discipline, and continuous development of employee self-efficacy.
