Industrial companies operating in the waste paper processing sector often encounter problems in the raw material control system during the production process. This arises because the raw material scheduling system relies on intuitive estimates rather than using analytical calculations related to the quantity and timing of orders, which causes increased storage costs. This study aims to reduce ordering and storage costs, control the inventory of paper raw materials in meeting production demands. The fuzzy EOQ method is used in the to improve the efficiency of raw material management. The EOQ method shows a difference in the total inventory cost of Rp 6,886,690, which reflects a potential savings of around 5%. The order quantity obtained through this method is 3,141 trucks with an ordering frequency of 8 times in one year. It can be determined that the safety stock is 75 trucks and orders are made again when 318 trucks remain.
