Abstract

This study examines the implementation of clinical supervision in educational institutions and its role in improving teacher professionalism and the quality of education. The method used is a *Systematic Literature Review* with the PRISMA protocol as a quality assessment. A total of 45 scientific articles from the lens.org platform and Google Scholar were analyzed. The results of the study indicate that clinical supervision plays an important role in improving teacher professionalism through systematic stages, harmonious relationships between supervisors and teachers, and an understanding of differences in character and background of educators. Continuous supervision also functions as a preventive effort in anticipating various post-supervision problems. Thus, clinical supervision has proven relevant in supporting the improvement of the quality of the learning process and student learning outcomes, and can be a reference in the formulation of clinical supervision policies in the future.
