Abstract

This qualitative study examines the learning management of Muhammadiyah Tarjih Clerical Education (PUTM) through the POAC framework (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Findings reveal that PUTM employs a dynamic "hybrid" management approach. Planning integrates the Tarjih curriculum with partner universities, while organization utilizes cross-institutional collaboration. Implementation merges the traditional sorogan method with participatory andragogy within a dormitory ecosystem. Evaluation is conducted comprehensively across cognitive and affective dimensions. The study concludes that PUTM has transitioned from traditional patterns to a standardized modern system while preserving its scholarly spirit. Nonetheless, it faces ongoing challenges regarding student input homogeneity and time management.
