The Influence of the Parentsco Monitoring Application on the Religious and Independent Character of Students at SDI Kreatif Mutiara Anak Sholeh Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of implementing the Parentsco monitoring application on the development of students’ religious and independent character at Mutiara Anak Sholeh Sukodono Sidoarjo Creative Islamic Elementary School. This research employed a quantitative approach with data collected through structured interviews and standardized questionnaires. The data were subsequently processed and analyzed using a linear regression model with the assistance of SPSS. The findings indicate that the Parentsco variable exerts a significant influence on students’ religious and independent character, with contributions of 42.8% and 21.2%, respectively. Correlation testing also demonstrated the absence of heteroscedasticity, confirming that the regression model meets the assumptions required for further analysis. Overall, the implementation of the Parentsco application is shown to enhance students’ religious and independent character by improving the quality of communication between teachers and parents, thereby supporting character formation aligned with national educational objectives and Islamic values.
